How Sleuth Works
Every investigation inquiry follows a structured, review-first workflow designed to protect all parties and ensure professional standards are met at every step.
Submit an Inquiry
Use the Sleuth intake form to submit your investigation-support request. Include as much detail as possible about the situation, timeline, and parties involved.
Access Patrol Reviews the Request
A qualified Access Patrol representative reviews your submission for scope, feasibility, and compliance with professional and legal standards.
Additional Information May Be Requested
Access Patrol may request clarification, additional documents, or supporting details to properly evaluate the inquiry.
Case Scope and Next Steps Are Confirmed
If the request is accepted, Access Patrol confirms the case scope, expected activities, timelines, and any applicable terms.
Approved Activity Is Documented in Sleuth
All approved investigation activity, notes, documentation, and findings are securely organized within the Sleuth platform.
Client Receives Safe Status Updates
Where applicable, clients receive permitted status updates through their secure Sleuth client portal.
