Not offered under any tier

  • Intercepting, recording, or monitoring phone calls, voicemail, texts, or other communications
  • Accessing any phone, computer, email, social media, or cloud account
  • Placing GPS, audio, or video tracking devices on any vehicle, phone, or property
  • Entering private property or residences without lawful authority
  • Pretexting to obtain private records or communications
  • Any activity that violates Maryland wiretap, stalking, harassment, or privacy law
